MEMORIES BOOK
Radio BGM was chosen along with the Ty Bryngwyn Hospice to be the recipients of monies raised from the sale of the book Memories, a collection of work by local artist, the late Vernon Hurford. Copies can obtained from The Llanelli Star offices in Cowell St and the Llanelli Town Council Offices, or by calling 07828 073505. A big vote of thanks to the Hurford family and Llanelli Town Council.
THE FELINFOEL CARNIVAL 2007
This year was badly affected by the weather, the rain poured down for most of the morning and only gave way to a briefspell of sunny weather in the afternoon.
A big thank you to all who attended and braved the elements and to all the people who came and had a try at our fish tank game.
Here are some pics of the music stage and our stall, as well as singing sensations the Di salvo sisters....wow!!

THE FELINFOEL CARNIVAL 2006
This was yet another resounding sucess it's fair to say. The whole event was very well supported by both people from inside and outside the area.
Radio BGM was busy there alongside other groups with our stalls and games, this year was different to others in that we had a music stage where a number of local groups and acts came along to entertain the enthusiastic crowd. Dave and Tim were busy doing the Mc'ing while magnum sound
turned up the juice on their 10k rig. For a small carnival it was a big event.

National Hospital Broadcasting Week - March 31st -April 9th 2006

THE FELINFOEL CARNIVAL 2005
2005 year was a very busy year getting more people involved and the message across that the service still existed and was actively seeking support from within the community .
The Felinfoel carnival made a welcome return in 2004 after an absence of almost 30 years with Radio BGM being part of a real fun event to which literally hundreds of local people came forward to show their support including rugby legend Phil Bennet. also pictured below are pics from our splat the rat game.

Saturday 25th June 2005 was a particularly good day as we were part of the Family fun day at Ysgol Y babanod infants school in Felinfoel the day was a great sucess and we were pleased to welcome both Nia Griffiths Llanelli's MP and Catherine Thomas AM .
Raising funds is a difficult and challenging job for any voluntary group and made more difficult now as there are so many different organisations seeking funding. Our aim is that people get some fun out of raising and donating cash hence the different themes we have come up with each time .
